Our Story The Academy of Creative Coaching (ACC) was founded in 2013 by Dr. Pamela A. Larde, Ph.D., CPC, a professor, joy researcher, and award-winning author. ACC is among the first black female-owned ICF ACTP-accredited coaching schools in the world. Its fundamental purpose is to train and certify coaches who integrate approaches to creative change, equipping them to co-create innovative strategies for transformative personal, professional, and social change. The organization is intentional about weaving values of belonging, human dignity, justice, and care for the whole person into every aspect of its work. Powered by a solid team of trainers and experts, ACC serves individuals and organizations across the globe, offering evidence-based certification and professional development. The curriculum integrates evidence-based practices with reflective, real-time application. Faculty employ frameworks including co-active coaching, trauma-informed modalities, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping), dialogic processes, and assessments such as the CCL-360, MBTI, Gallup Strengths, and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Instruction emphasizes ethical dignity, belonging, and justice across all learning environments.
