Our Story The American School of Antananarivo (ASA) is an IB International School in Madagascar guided by the motto "Your best self for a better world." The school operates under a Strategic Plan 2022–25 and is governed by a Board of Trustees alongside a dedicated Leadership team, Faculty, and Staff. ASA holds rolling admissions, accepting students at any time during the school year. It is accredited by the Middle States Association (MSA-CESS) and authorized as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. The school is also a member of the Council of International Schools (CIS), the Association for the Advancement of International Education (AAIE), the Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA), and WIDA.
