Our Story Originally founded in 1994 as the National College of Science and Technology — Yemen’s first private technical college — the institution evolved into the University of Science and Technology (UST), a non-profit private university established under Ministerial Decision No. 2/94 dated 12 January 1994. With more than 27 years of experience and over 45 specializations, it ranks first among Yemen’s higher-education institutions and holds an Arab-level Creativity and Excellence Award. The university’s vision is to be regionally leading and globally distinguished in knowledge, innovation, and sustainable development.
