With small groups (maximum of 6 students), you'll learn knife techniques, precision cuts, and more under the guidance of our experienced chef, Arthur Cordon BLeu Graduate. Our ingredients are top-quality, including sushi grade fish, organic meat, and vegetables. We believe in learning through experience.
