Our Story David Buirs Coaching is an Amsterdam-based leadership and executive coaching practice founded by David Buirs, a former manager with ten years of hands-on leadership experience who left a corporate management career to help leaders grow full-time. After witnessing how poorly most managers are prepared for their role, he built a practice centered on the belief that people matter at least as much as results. He is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has guided more than 100 leaders across diverse industries.
