Our Story Founded over 25 years ago by Carita Sutherland and Hans Pluijms, Enneagram Academie has guided more than 10,000 professionals, leaders, teams, and organizations toward deeper self-understanding and more conscious leadership. Both founders were trained by Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson at the Enneagram Institute. The Academie operates from a private base in Antwerp, Belgium, with its statutory seat in Tilburg, Netherlands. Rather than treating the Enneagram as a static labeling system, the organization presents it as a dynamic developmental model that reveals how people think, feel, and act under both stress and ease.
