Escuela de Formación de Líderes (Carrera de Coaching)

Welcome to our esteemed coaching school, where we provide a comprehensive and transformative education in ontological coaching. Our program is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective coaches who can elevate their professional practice. We offer a 343-hour certification course in ontological coaching, delivered through both online and face-to-face modalities. Our curriculum is rooted in the principles of humanistic psychology and ontology, providing students with a deep understanding of human nature and consciousness. This knowledge forms the basis for effective coaching practices that promote personal growth and self-discovery. Our teaching approach is highly interactive and student-centered. We believe in fostering an environment where learning is a two-way process, where students are not just recipients of information but active participants in their own learning journey. Our faculty members are experienced coaches who bring real-world insights into the classroom. They guide our students through a series of practical exercises and case studies, helping them develop the skills they need to become successful coaches. Our target audience includes individuals who wish to embark on a career in coaching or those who want to enhance their existing coaching practice. We also cater to organizations seeking to train their employees in effective communication and leadership skills. What sets us apart is our commitment to providing an international certification that is recognized globally. This not only enhances the credibility of our graduates but also opens up a world of opportunities for them. Our supervision program, which we offer starting from April 2025, further strengthens this commitment by providing ongoing support and mentoring to our students. Join us on a journey of personal and professional growth. Whether you're a seasoned coach or just starting out, our school offers the perfect blend of theory and practice, ensuring that you are well-equipped to make a significant impact in your field.
