Dennis Jacobsen is the founder of Fitness By DSJacobsen, a Denmark-based online fitness coaching practice headquartered in Aalborg. He brings over 20 years of personal experience in fitness and competitions, combined with more than 10 years of professional coaching, to help clients achieve sustainable physique transformations. His mission is to break complex scientific information down into simple, executable daily actions that produce lasting results.
