Imfpa - Institute Martinique Professional Training

The Institute for Professional Advancement (IPAF) is a dedicated coaching school located in the heart of Martinique. Our mission is to empower individuals, particularly job seekers, by providing quality training and development opportunities that enhance their professional prospects. IPAF's programs are co-funded by the Collectivité Territoriale de Martinique (CTM) and the European Union as part of the "Employment and Inclusion" program 2014-2020, and in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. IPAF offers a range of coaching services tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners. Our teaching methods are flexible and adaptable, incorporating compensatory measures for individuals with disabilities. We have a team of disability referents who are available to assist our students in overcoming any barriers they may face during their training journey. One of IPAF's unique strengths is its high success rate at certification. In 2023, we achieved an impressive 93% certification rate, demonstrating the effectiveness of our programs and teaching methods. Additionally, our student satisfaction rate is consistently high, reflecting our commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
