Intensive PT (PT-Utbildning)

Welcome to the largest Personal Trainer (PT) education in Sweden! Our mission is to provide comprehensive and high-quality training to prepare individuals for successful careers as personal trainers and nutrition coaches. We offer two main courses: a Live-utbildning, where live lectures are delivered Monday through Friday for three weeks between 17:00 and 22:00, and an alternative format that allows flexibility in scheduling. Our teaching methods are designed to cater to diverse learning styles. Our Live-utbildning includes practical sessions that can be scheduled at the student's convenience. We also provide materials in English for those who require it. Our courses are structured to cover all necessary topics for becoming a professional personal trainer and nutrition coach, including exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutritional counseling.
