Osaka YMCA International School (Nakatsu Campus)

Welcome to Osaka YMCA International School, a vibrant and dynamic K-12 institution nestled in the heart of Osaka City. Established in 2001, we are proud to be the sole IB continuum school in the city, offering an enriching educational journey that caters to students from over 40 nationalities. Our commitment is to provide a world-class education that not only prepares our students academically but also fosters their personal growth and leadership skills. We follow the International Baccalaureate (IB) program, which begins with Primary Years Programme (PYP), transitions into Middle Years Programme (MYP), and culminates in the Diploma Programme (DP). Our teaching methods are centered around inquiry-based learning, a proven approach that encourages students to explore, question, and discover knowledge independently. Our fully qualified and experienced teachers are dedicated to delivering world-class education, ensuring each student reaches their full academic potential. Osaka YMCA International School is more than just an educational institution. We are a community that values inclusivity and diversity. We are accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), reflecting our commitment to upholding high-quality education standards. Our after-school programs, parent workshops, and yearly events provide additional support and enrichment opportunities for our students and their families. Join us at Osaka YMCA International School where we believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals who are ready to make a difference in the world.
