Methods & Approach
Performance Education employs interactive, face-to-face classroom sessions one day per week with a choice of weekday or weekend study groups. Teaching methods include hands-on activities, mock meetings, role plays, and interactive classroom exercises designed to build practical workplace confidence. The internship placement process uses a personal approach: a specialist placement team reviews each student's career goals, skills, location preferences, and company type before matching them to a suitable host organisation. The methodology emphasises real workplace experience, with graduates consistently reporting that assessment content directly mirrors job interview scenarios encountered in the market.
