Simon Keller: Coaching / Training / Ludopédagogie

Welcome to Non spécifié, a dynamic coaching school that prioritizes the value of play in learning and development. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations by fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and each other, enhancing their ability to collaborate effectively. We achieve this through two primary methods: coaching and training, both of which are enhanced by our innovative use of games as a teaching tool. Our unique approach leverages Ludopédagogie, an expertise in educational gaming that creates immersive experiences that allow participants to experience things firsthand. This method not only facilitates learning but also encourages active participation and engagement, making the process more enjoyable and memorable. We serve a diverse audience, including individuals seeking self-discovery and professional growth, as well as organizations looking to enhance team cohesion and performance. Our global coaching services cater to all levels of teams, offering courses for students that focus on self-awareness and career development. What sets us apart is our holistic approach to coaching and training. We believe in the power of playful learning and its ability to foster personal growth, professional development, and organizational success. Trust us to guide you on your journey towards self-discovery and improved collaboration.
