My name is Daria Melnik. I am a certified professional coach (RNCP level 6) specializing in supporting expatriates and their partners through the identity and professional transitions that come with international mobility. I have lived this experience from the inside, as an expatriate, as a trailing spouse, as a mother. I know the vertigo of starting over in a new country, the loss of professional identity, the paradox of struggling with something you chose. That lived experience, combined with a solid background in business and intercultural psychology, is what makes my approach different. I work with two profiles. Primary expatriates who need to rebuild their legitimacy and navigate multicultural environments with confidence. And trailing spouses, the most underserved group in relocation support, who arrive without a role, without a network, and need to reconstruct a coherent sense of self before they can move forward professionally. My approach combines intercultural frameworks, identity work and systemic coaching, in structured programs of 8 to 10 sessions. The goal is not faster adaptation. It is a deeper, values-aligned transformation. Because international mobility can be one of the richest experiences of a lifetime. When it is accompanied with the depth it deserves.
