Agile Smart is a sole proprietorship: it has no legal personality separate from its operator, and therefore no share capital. The commitments EraCoach makes to you are those of Koffi Anani Hounnou.

3. Hosting and infrastructure
The application, the database and the files uploaded by users are hosted on servers located in the European Union:

4. Intellectual property
The EraCoach trade mark, the eracoach.com domain name, the visual identity, editorial texts, guides, illustrations and platform code are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Content published by users (profile photographs, descriptions, reviews, messages) remains the property of its authors. The terms on which it is displayed on the platform are set out in the terms of service.
Third-party trade marks and logos mentioned on the site (professional certifications, partners, technical providers) belong to their respective owners and are cited for information purposes.
5. Personal data

7. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by the laws of Quebec. The rules applicable to contractual relationships with users, including the competent courts and the protections consumers enjoy, are set out in the terms of service.
