Terms of Service — EraCoach

1. Purpose

EraCoach is a platform connecting certified professional coaches with individuals (or companies) wishing to benefit from support.

2. Registration

Registration is free. You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided. Coaches must justify their certifications during verification.

3. Booking and payment

Any booking commits the coachee to comply with the cancellation conditions of the chosen coach. Payments are handled by Stripe. EraCoach charges a commission that funds the service.

4. Coach commitments

Hold valid certifications or an equivalent background
Respect professional confidentiality
Honor confirmed appointments
Not solicit their coachees outside the platform

5. Coachee commitments

Respect the coach (punctuality, courtesy)
Honor the cancellation conditions
Leave honest and factual reviews

6. Responsibilities

EraCoach is a technical intermediary. The coach is solely responsible for the quality of their services. EraCoach cannot be held responsible for the personal or professional results obtained.

7. Termination

Any user may close their account at any time from their settings.

8. Applicable law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the competent court.
