Coach verification
Each coach is verified manually: identity, certifications, experience, code of ethics. No profile is published without validation.
Secure payments
All payments go through Stripe, the global leader in online payment. EraCoach does not store any bank details.
Review moderation
Only coachees who have completed a session can leave a review. Reviews are moderated to prevent abuse.
Confidentiality of exchanges
All messaging is encrypted in transit. Coaches are bound by professional confidentiality.
Refund policy
In the event of a proven failure by the coach, you can request a full refund within 7 days.
Report inappropriate behavior
Use the « Report » button present on each profile or go through our contact form (category « Legal & GDPR »). Every report is processed within 24 business hours by our Trust & Safety team.
