Our community is built on respect, kindness and professionalism. Here are the rules we apply to everyone.

1. Mutual respect
No form of discrimination, harassment or hate speech is tolerated.
2. Confidentiality
Every EraCoach coach is bound by professional confidentiality. No session content may be shared without consent.
3. Honesty
Coaches: no misrepresentation of certifications, no unrealistic promises. Coachees: reviews based on real experience only.
4. Financial security
All payment is made through the platform. Any proposal for a transaction off the platform is prohibited and reportable.
5. Reporting
You can report any inappropriate behavior via our contact form (category « Legal & GDPR ») or with the « Report » button present on each profile. Every report is processed within 24 business hours.
6. Sanctions
EraCoach reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these rules.
