Annalisa has multi-disciplinary expertise in coaching for leadership, organisational consulting, development studies, environmental science and engineering. This experience provides her with a complex lens she uses to observe and accompany people in roles, organisational contexts and changing environments. She brings knowledge in systems psychodynamic theory, group relations methodologies, socio-technical system theory, complexity theory, feminist principles and their application to organisational and transformative leadership consultancy.
