Barbara DaverveldtVerified coach

I work with professionals and entrepreneurs navigating important decisions and transitions. The biggest challenge is rarely the situation itself. It's how we think about it. That is where my coaching is focused. I create a space where you can step back, think things through, and gain perspective on your situation. I won't tell you what to do. Instead, I help you think things through so you can find your own answers and decide what comes next. I'm an Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC) and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). With 9+ years of international HR experience, I bring an understanding of organisations, people, and the decisions professionals face throughout their careers.
