With 30+ years of leadership experience inside global Life Sciences organisations, I understand the realities of leading in complex international environments. I combine this experience with more than 10 years of coaching practice to help clients gain clarity, challenge their thinking and move forward with greater confidence and impact. Throughout my corporate career, I held leadership roles across Commercial Excellence, Launch Excellence, and Sales Leadership, working with teams and leaders across international and multicultural environments. I have experienced first-hand the realities of organisational transformation, changing business models, high expectations and the challenge of delivering results while developing people. Today, I combine that experience with professional coaching to support leaders who want to step back from the day-to-day, gain perspective and make more intentional choices about their leadership and career.
