Maria J DevolxVerified coach

I am a Global Mobility Coach with more than 25 years of experience living and working around the world. I am Spanish and Belgian, currently living in Croatia. I have navigated multiple professional and personal transitions, always in international environments, and I know firsthand the impact this lifestyle can have on every aspect of life. I accompany individuals throughout their international mobility journey, from making the decision to move to returning home after an assignment. Whether they are relocating for their own work or their partner’s, embarking on their first international assignment or are seasoned expats, I support them through every step of the journey. I am a certified ICF-ACC Coach and practice non-directive coaching, combining PNL, narrative and solution-focused approaches.
