Sylvain Lonchay is an executive coach and learning & development consultant who helps you make better decisions under pressure, and helps teams work together without burning each other out. He is credentialed ACC by the International Coaching Federation and trained at MIT Sloan (Neuroscience for Business), the Mindsight Institute (Interpersonal Neurobiology, with Dr. Dan Siegel), and the NeuroLeadership Institute (Brain-Based Coaching). His practice sits at the intersection of applied neuroscience and lived operational experience. Before coaching, Sylvain spent more than twenty-five years in luxury hospitality operations. That background shapes how he coaches: pragmatic, grounded in the client's actual constraints, and impatient with abstraction that doesn't change behaviour. For over a decade he has facilitated leadership programmes at IMD Business School and EHL (École hôtelière de Lausanne), and he has consulted alongside PwC Switzerland for eleven years. He has served as a mindfulness consultant to the International Committee of the Red Cross since 2013.
