I coach founders, CEOs and senior leaders navigating growth, complexity and meaningful change, whether they are scaling an organisation, stepping into greater responsibility, strengthening their leadership or facing a pivotal decision. As a co-founder of seven companies, I understand leadership from the inside: the pressure, uncertainty and competing priorities, but also the ambition and sense of possibility that come with building something meaningful. With more than 2,200 coaching hours across 100+ clients, I combine entrepreneurial experience with the discipline of ICF-certified executive coaching. My international journey has taken me across cultures and sectors in Europe, Asia and Africa, including Belgium, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Morocco, China, South Korea and Myanmar. This experience has taught me to challenge assumptions, work comfortably across cultural differences and approach each client without a predetermined formula. My coaching is empathetic, candid and relentlessly practical. I create a confidential space where clients can step back, see their situation more clearly and explore perspectives that are difficult to access alone. I draw on evidence-based tools, strategic thinking and a deep interest in human behaviour, but also on curiosity, humour and honest challenge. Insight matters, but it must ultimately lead to meaningful action. Clients typically work with me to: • gain clarity and confidence in complex decisions • strengthen their leadership presence and effectiveness • build more resilient, aligned and accountable teams • navigate organisational growth and transformation • improve communication and stakeholder relationships • turn ambition and insight into focused action I do not believe in imposing ready-made answers. Coaching is a collaborative process designed around your context, personality and ambitions. My role is to ask the questions that matter, surface blind spots and help you translate new perspectives into sustainable change.
