Our Story Barattson MMC has operated as a professional education provider since 2014. Founded by Elshan Rahimov — an ACCA and CIMA diploma holder, co-author of Azerbaijan's National Accounting Standards and a leading IFRS expert — the center was created to become the region's best professional education company and, in the long term, a world-class training organization. The name Barattson derives from the founder's father's name, representing a personal guarantee of teaching quality. The institution is an official training partner of AICPA and CIMA, as well as an official IDP IELTS test center. Programs & Trainings 🎓 Professional Accountant Certificate — Phase I (KOS | MHBS) — 50-hour group program preparing candidates for the State Examination Center's Phase I exam in both SME IFRS (KOS) and full IFRS (MHBS). Classes meet twice a week (2 hours each), focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and bridging gaps before advancing to IELTS strategy. Entry via the IELTS Trial exam (score range 4.5–5.5). 🎓 MS Office Programs — 48-hour hybrid course (2.5 months) covering Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with depth on Excel automation through Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA. Face-to-face lessons are streamed online and video recordings are shared the next day. 🎓 HR Professional — 54-hour certificate course (3 months, twice weekly) covering workforce planning, recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee welfare, and occupational health and safety. Delivered by Orkhan Isayev; certification depends on exam results and attendance. 🎓 CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) — 3.5-month preparatory course for the Institute of Internal Auditors' globally recognized certification. Covers internal audit fundamentals, risk management, and internal controls. Requires a bachelor's degree or verified audit experience; all three exam parts must be completed within 3 years (max 4). Taught by Punhan Gerayli; available online or face-to-face. 🎓 DipIFR (Diploma in International Financial Reporting) — ACCA qualification program spanning 132 hours. Explained in Azerbaijani with English/Russian materials. Targets CFOs, finance directors, professional accountants, and graduates. Prepares candidates for the DipIFR exam in English or Russian; international certificate issued in English. Minimum pre-intermediate English required.
