Methods & Approach
EEC’s signature methodology is the Hélice model, an exclusive framework that facilitates experiential and transformational learning rather than purely theoretical instruction. The school replaces traditional KPIs with KHPIs, placing the human variable at the center of every development process. Training is delivered through live experiential practice, observed coaching sessions, and structured supervision, all led by a faculty of ICF-certified coaches with extensive field experience. The DCX platform integrates digital tools with personalized coaching journeys, enabling organizations to manage, track, and scale coaching across geographies while preserving human depth. Programs are offered face-to-face, online via live streaming, and in blended intensive formats to accommodate international professionals.
