Our Story GORT® is a Netherlands-based coaching bureau established in 2009 with a stated love for the profession. Since 2009, the GORT® Professional Quality Standard has required compliance with more than 20 strict quality norms, continuously monitored by a quality manager. The professionals draw from an extensive toolkit that includes Motiverende Gespreksvoering, RET (Rational Emotive Therapy), mindfulness, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), solution-focused coaching, MMS coaching, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), EMDR, CGT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Sessions are structured around insightful questioning, reflection exercises, practical assignments, and optional psychometric tests to map talents, personality, and career preferences. A standard trajectory consists of 5 to 10 sessions scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks, each lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, conducted indoors or as walk coaching.
