Welcome to LIT, a premier coaching school that is dedicated to empowering first-generation college graduates from diverse backgrounds. Our mission is to equip these individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to become the next generation of leaders who can dismantle systemic and structural inequities in every sector and community. We offer two main programs: a Postsecondary Program for recent college graduates and an Alumni Program for those who have already graduated. Our teaching methods are designed to be inclusive and supportive, with a focus on personal growth and leadership development. We believe that everyone has the potential to become a leader, regardless of their background or prior experiences. Our unique strength lies in our commitment to empowering our members to commit to their home communities. We work closely with our members to understand their individual journeys and provide tailored coaching and mentorship. This personalized approach allows us to create a supportive community where every member feels valued and heard.
