Our Story Moja Coaching & Beratung GmbH is a Swiss leadership coaching and organizational consulting firm founded and led by Moja Buholzer. A mathematician by training, Buholzer spent many years in management roles within the insurance industry before a life-altering rock-climbing accident in 2017 prompted a profound professional reorientation.
