Our Story
University of Aden is the first university established in the Republic of Yemen, founded alongside Sana'a University as a cornerstone of national higher education. Its creation represents a genuine extension of the cultural and educational traditions of the Yemeni people, fulfilling the objectives of the September and October revolutions. Operating under the Presidency of the University of Aden, the institution functions as a comprehensive public university encompassing undergraduate faculties, graduate studies, scientific research centers, and continuing education programs. It maintains active international academic collaborations with institutions in Italy, the United States, Oman, and across the Arab world.
