Our Story Stifinder (meaning "Pathfinder") is a Danish leadership development firm founded in 1994 by Lasse Zäll. The company was born from elite sports coaching; Zäll previously served as a mental coach for Danish Olympic and World Championship medalists in canoe sprinting before transferring high-performance methodologies to business. For more than 30 years, Stifinder has implemented development strategies for Danish and international organizations, helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow through transformative learning and ambitious goal realization. Its vision is to inspire leaders to challenge their attitudes, behaviors, and possibilities so they become stronger leaders who proactively set and realize ambitious goals, benefiting both their organizations and themselves. Faculty members contribute diverse expertise: elite sports mental coaching, original North American Indigenous traditions and life wisdom taught by Marc Drouin, military special forces and extreme sports experience from Mikkel Schjøtz, and cognitive profiling through the Herrmann Brain Dominance Indicator (HBDI).
