This process involves gaining a deeper understanding of one's strengths, values, and goals, which are crucial for making informed career choices. In the second stage, we focus on passion. We help our clients reconnect to what energizes and motivates them, generating options for a path forward. This phase is about intentionally choosing and determining a plan that aligns with their passions. Finally, in the third stage, we help our clients pivot. We challenge them to learn, develop, grow, and move forward confidently. This involves setting commitments, taking action, and holding ourselves accountable for our progress.
