For more than 20 years, my work has centred on one question: what helps adults grow with confidence when they are learning, changing or taking on new responsibilities? Today, as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I support professionals and emerging leaders who are navigating career transitions, stepping into leadership or adapting to international and intercultural environments. You may be preparing for a new role, reconsidering your professional direction or finding it difficult to communicate with the confidence your responsibilities require. You may also be working across cultures and trying to remain authentic while adapting to different expectations and communication styles. My coaching combines careful listening, purposeful questions and practical follow-through. I will not impose a formula or tell you who you should become. Together, we will clarify what matters, examine the assumptions or patterns influencing your choices and turn your insights into realistic actions that fit your professional context. My training includes Executive Coaching, Organisational Development Coaching and Emotional Intelligence Coaching. I am also a mentor in Nova SBE’s Build Up programme, supporting participants as they reflect on professional challenges and define their next steps. Working daily with people from different countries has strengthened my understanding of how language, culture and confidence shape professional relationships. This intercultural perspective is central to my coaching. I am based in Portugal and work online in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
