With 30+ years of leadership experience inside global Life Sciences organisations, I understand the realities of leading in complex international environments. Throughout my corporate career, I held leadership roles across Commercial Excellence, Launch Excellence, and Sales Leadership, working with teams and leaders across international and multicultural environments. I have experienced first-hand the realities of organisational transformation, changing business models, high expectations and the challenge of delivering results while developing people. Today, I combine that experience with professional coaching to support leaders who want to step back from the day-to-day, gain perspective and make more intentional choices about their leadership and career.
