Our Story Activa't Coaching was founded in Andorra in 2018 by Toni Escabias with the mission of accompanying people to find their life purpose. The practice believes that every person can live an adventurous, full, epic, and meaningful life, and that a wellbeing society begins with valuing people as the most important asset. Toni is joined by partner Jordi, and together they serve individuals, families, and organizations from their base in Andorra la Vella. The firm maintains a visible affiliation with the EEC Escuela Europea de Coaching and anchors its practice in ontological principles. Their stance is that the coach is not a problem-solver, teacher, or counselor, but a facilitator and consciousness-raiser who helps clients turn challenges into learning opportunities.
