Our Story CoachingNow.gr is a coaching and career counseling practice founded and led by Eleni Dimaki, a Personal & Executive Coach based in Athens, Greece. After a professional journey in HR administrative leadership roles, Dimaki transitioned to dedicate her career to Career Counseling and Coaching, building her practice on a framework of trust, empowerment, and positive perspective. She holds EMCC Accredited certification in Evidence-Based Coaching from the Athens Coaching Institute, a Master’s degree in Counseling, Career Guidance & Lifelong Learning from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and is a certified Career Counselor (A1 level) accredited by EOPPEP, the Greek national certification body.
