Our Story TaleNT2 Coaching was founded in 2021 by Iris Van Mierlo with the mission to teach non-native speakers the Dutch they need to integrate professionally, socially, and societally. Iris has been teaching Dutch to non-native speakers since 2015 and specialized in workplace language coaching from 2019 onward. She has worked with diverse target groups ranging from youth to adults, from low-literate to highly educated individuals, and from job seekers to entrepreneurs. The organization believes that non-native speakers can play an important role in addressing contemporary societal, social, and economic challenges, especially when Dutch-speaking colleagues and employers are involved.
