Confidence coaches

Self-assertion, public speaking, presence, self-image: our confidence coaches help you fully own your place — at work, at home, and everywhere in between.

What is a confidence coach?

Confidence coaching works on self-esteem, assertiveness, and presence. It serves anyone who feels held back by self-doubt, fear of judgment, impostor syndrome, or difficulty saying no. Your coach helps you understand the roots of these patterns (limiting beliefs, past experiences), then practise new behaviours in real situations: speaking up, setting a boundary, defending an idea, negotiating. The goal is not to "become a different person" but to reclaim your legitimacy and act despite discomfort. Progress is built step by step, with concrete practice between sessions.

Why work with a confidence coach?

  • Speak in public without anxiety taking over
  • Assert your perspective confidently in meetings
  • Overcome impostor syndrome
  • Claim your space in your personal relationships

Approaches and methods

Coaches work on limiting beliefs, use role-play and assertiveness exercises, draw on NLP and positive psychology techniques, and apply anchoring methods. Consistency and practice between sessions are key to lasting results.

How much does a confidence coach cost?

A confidence coaching session typically costs between €60 and €140 per hour. Coaches often offer progressive packages focused on public speaking or assertiveness. A free discovery session is available on EraCoach.

How does EraCoach ensure quality?

Every coach on EraCoach is vetted by hand by our team: identity, certifications, background and code of ethics. Reviews are left only by clients who completed a session.
